did you consider that there is another sweetner in Propel called Acesulfame Potassium which has not been found to be safe. this is absorbed by the body unlike Splenda which is not.

Nevertheless, Splenda (sucralose) has not been found to be safe. Far from it. Splenda has frequently been shown to be highly toxic in pure form and in combination with other chemicals. Furthermore, the fact that repeatable, bodywide, multisystem symptoms of Splenda toxicity can often take weeks to clear up after ingestion is discontinued points to absorbtion by the body.

I just recently started using Splenda (less than 2 weeks) because a co-worker is on a diet and she started using it. Today we were talking and we noticed that we have many of the same problems that I think can only be linked to Splenda: very painful breasts well before pms should strike, very bad headaches, bad gas and increased cravings for sweets. I also have increased knee pain - I had occasional knee pain in the past, but it's much worse and constant. I'm so glad that you have this site. I immediately called to tell her the info I've read. Splenda is not safe! I'm throwing it all out tonight. I fear for the damage I've already done, but am so happy to have found the cause.
