I plan to throw out the entire box...
I know I feel better now, and I know how I was feeling then...
I decided to try Splenda again...
I wanted to pass along my story about sucralose...
I have had the most miserable time...
I can breathe again!
I paid the local emergency room a visit...
I am outraged...
I am not myself anymore. What is wrong with me?
These symptoms disrupt my everyday life...
I'm through with it.
As of today, I'm already feeling a little better...
My chest is tight and I try to cough but nothing comes out...
I have been having panic attacks...
I had reached some sort of Splenda toxicity...
I ingested Dreyers sugarfree ice cream...
I purchased Breyer's CarbSmart mint chocolate chip ice cream...

I have also had bad experiences with splenda. The first sent me to the local ER. My throat tightened up and I had problems breathing. I try to make sure to look at labels, but now sometimes there is no 'splenda' logo on the items. I do have to carry an epi pen with me in case I accidently come in contact with splenda again.
I switched from Aspartme to Spenda thinking I was doing myself better. I never thought the troubles I had was from the splenda.
I run, I run far and fast. On splenda I fizzled out. I could never get a full breath of air. I had odd gurgles in my chest. I was in the deepest depression I could not snap out of. Because it was wintertime I attributted it to a bad case of S.A.D. I went to the doctor, got an EKG and all. He thought it might of been the ribs I broke. I doubted but went along with it. I thought it might of been the caffeine. So I stopped drinking pepsi one. In a day and a half. I am back to running and getting faster everyday (for a 42 year old). What is sweet is how quickly the ailments melted away. Only today 3 weeks later did a guy tell me it was probably the splenda. I came to this site and read all you had to say and feel. Made me sad. I thought I was near death. Guess many of you did too. Glad this site is up and that the word is getting out.
